I partner with founders and technical and creative leaders as a strategic coach, advisor, and builder to recognize infinite patterns: habits, behaviors, and systems that shape how you work, lead, relate, and make decisions.
With a background in psychology and experience coaching technical, creative, and business leaders navigating career growth, transitions, and entrepreneurship, I’m quick to read dynamics, surface unspoken tensions, and name what’s getting in the way. Together, we identify blind spots, clarify priorities, and design structures that improve confidence, leadership skills, and accelerate decision making.
I work best with people who want honest feedback, fast traction, and tangible outcomes.
SERVICES
Through customized sessions, I help you clarify priorities, pressure-test ideas, and identify blind spots and recurring patterns early, whether in your leadership approach, team design, or product strategy, so you can get out of the weeds and lead with impact. I also coach rising leaders stepping into new roles, transitioning careers, and launching new ventures.
For founders, product and engineering leads, managers, creatives, and operators navigating growth and change.

Frequently Asked Questions
Coaching & Organizational Consulting
Coaching is a structured partnership. Coaching is not about giving answers. It’s about asking powerful questions and offering frameworks that empower the client to find their own path. The coach acts as a thinking and accountability partner, helping clients clarify goals, explore blind spots, test assumptions, and design actions that move them forward. In executive and career coaching, we focus on enhancing leadership effectiveness, decision making, communication, and performance that supports professional goals and growth. Sometimes this extends into life coaching, recognizing that similar patterns around boundaries, relationship dynamics, and decision-making affect the whole person.
Organizational consulting focuses on advising on solutions to systemic challenges within a company, such as team alignment, culture change, strategy execution, or leadership development framework. Consulting benefits teams, departments, or entire organizations seeking clarity, alignment, and performance improvements. In an organization, both coaching and consulting strengthen leadership capacity, enhance communication, improve decision making, and foster a culture of trust and performance, ultimately impacting retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Coaching is foundational and integrated to achieve both individual and collective transformation.
I’m a direct communicator. I say it how I see it. I meet people where they’re at. I know the behind the scenes answers to many of your career questions (why am I not getting promoted, someone else is taking credit for my work, I am not sure if I want to work in this role, I feel stuck). Add life (parenting, social life, etc), and now there may be patterns you haven’t yet explored.
As a coach, I shine light and ask thought provoking questions that partner with you to break out of limiting patterns or at least acknowledge them and have the choice to do so. As a consultant, I can share what’s working for many in navigating careers, managers, or balancing work and life (often the things that block us at work have similar patterns to life).
Coaching starts with an intake conversation to understand goals, context, and challenges. From there, we decide on the best cadence and structure.
Coaching engagements typically last anywhere from 3–12 months and can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions tailored to your goals. Interim check-ins, tools, and progress reviews can be included.
Consulting projects vary in scope and may include diagnostics, facilitation, strategic planning, leadership development, and team interventions. We start with discovery, followed by a proposal and phased implementation with key milestones.
“I don’t believe in overcomplicating things or letting emotions drive logic. I want to fix the problem that’s responsible for the emotion. I focus on what’s actionable, changeable, and realistic.”
